8-month-old girl. Sports and movement have always interested me, there were active periods in my life, but never continuously. Life circumstances sometimes made me not take care of myself. Since I've been following Kinga's training plan, not a week goes by without exercise. With the help of Kinga, I can perform the exercises that suit me at my own pace, every day.
